The Spa at La Manga Club

Alma Spa, inside the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa hotel on the resort

The spa at La Manga Club is Alma Spa, inside the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa hotel on the resort. It is run by the hotel, not by us, but it is close to all of our homes and staying in one of our apartments or villas does not stop you enjoying it.

This guide covers what the spa offers, how guests who are not staying at the hotel can use it, and the homes that suit a relaxing break. Treatments, prices and opening times are set by the spa, so always check the latest details on the Alma Spa page before you go.

What you will find at Alma Spa

The hydrotherapy circuit

The heart of the spa is its water circuit, which combines a contrast thermal pool, a whirlpool, sensory showers, an ice fountain, a steam room and a sauna. The spa describes it as a way to ease muscle tension and relieve stress, and it is a good way to recover after a few rounds of golf or a morning on court.

Treatments

Alma Spa offers a menu of massages, facials, rituals and beauty therapies. The full treatment menu is published on the resort’s website, and treatments need to be booked with the spa.

Opening hours

The resort’s website lists the spa schedule as 10.30am to 7pm. Hours can change through the year, so check before you plan your day around a visit.

Using the spa when you are not staying at the hotel

The resort sells spa day packages that do not include a hotel room. When we checked, these included:

  • Spa and Lunch: a glass of cava, a three hour spa circuit at Alma Spa and lunch at 37 Spikes and Sports Bar overlooking the North Course. Advance booking is required.
  • Sunday Spa and Brunch: three hours of access to the hydrotherapy and sauna area, followed by the unlimited Sunday brunch at Le Buffet in the Grand Hyatt.

Package contents and prices change, so check current offers on the resort’s packages and offers pages. The hotel’s own fitness centre is for hotel guests only. The Racquets Club, in the centre of the resort, has a separate fitness hub; see our Racquets Club guide.
