The Racquets Club sits at the centre of La Manga Club, and the club describes itself as one of Europe’s most popular tennis destinations. The courts
- Tennis: 26 courts, including the clay courts used for the academies.
- Padel: ten floodlit courts, three of them fully panoramic, on the artificial grass used on the World Padel Tour.
Coaching and academies
Academies run for both adults and juniors in tennis and padel. Tennis academy groups are kept to a maximum of six players per coach. There is a midweek format on Tuesday to Thursday mornings and a weekender from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, and the padel midweek academy includes a social session. Private lessons are available in both sports.
Tennis socials for all levels run at Easter and in July and August, and the club also holds regular padel socials. They are an easy way to find a game if you are travelling as a couple or on your own.
Off court
- A fitness hub over two air conditioned floors, with a physio suite and locker room.
- A pro shop with a stringing service, padel equipment and clothing, and rackets to rent.
- La Caseta courtside bar for breakfast, coffee and lunch.
- La Terraza restaurant, open seasonally, with a courtside terrace and an indoor dining room.
Staying nearby
