Villas and Apartments to Rent at La Manga Club

Here are all 12 of our homes at La Manga Club: nine apartments and studios, and three villas and townhouses. Every one shares a community pool and sleeps up to six.

Three of our 12 homes at La Manga Club are villas and townhouses rather than apartments: Villa Los Altos 522, the Los Molinos Spanish Villa and the Los Molinos Panoramic Townhouse. They suit people who want more living space, more than one terrace, or a home where two couples are not on top of each other.

All three share a community pool rather than having one of their own, and the largest sleeps six. The other nine homes are on our apartments page.

Our villas and townhouses

Guide prices are starting figures per week and vary by season. Villa Los Altos 522 is priced on request.

Villa Los Altos 522

A three bedroom, two bathroom villa in Los Altos, an elevated part of the resort with views towards the mountains. Its owner, who lives locally, has updated the kitchen with modern appliances and fitted air conditioning and heating throughout, so it is comfortable in winter as well as summer. The private roof terrace is the place for morning coffee and sunset drinks, and the Los Altos community pool, reserved for residents and their guests, is a few steps from the door.

There is free WiFi, a selection of UK television channels and private parking outside. The golf courses and the Racquets Club are a short walk away. See Villa Los Altos 522.

Los Molinos Spanish Villa

A two bedroom, one bathroom Spanish style villa with air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and a large roof terrace looking across the resort towards the Mar Menor. It sleeps four and suits a couple or a small family. The Los Molinos community pool, with its children’s pool, poolside bar and seasonal restaurant, is close by. See the Los Molinos Spanish Villa.

Los Molinos Panoramic Townhouse

Spread over three floors, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The principal bedroom and the top floor bedroom both have en suites and their own terraces, and there are three terraces in all, with views of the Mar Menor. It sleeps six and works well for two couples, a family with teenagers or a golf four. See the Los Molinos Panoramic Townhouse.

Do any of your villas have a private pool?

No. Each shares its community pool. Los Molinos also has a children’s pool.

How many people can stay in your villas?

Villa Los Altos 522 and the Los Molinos Panoramic Townhouse sleep six. The Los Molinos Spanish Villa sleeps four.
